About the Role

We are seeking an experienced team leader to join our Arcus FM team as an In-Store Cleaning Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning services provided to our clients, ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency in all aspects of the service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and rotas to ensure that all areas of the store are cleaned to a high standard.
  • Monitor and manage cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring that they are adequate and in good working order.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the store to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that cleaning services are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a team leadership or management role, preferably in a cleaning or facilities management environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality service.
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols, with the ability to develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and rotas.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve cleaning services and reduce costs.
