Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Starbucks Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth in our EG Group store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Operations: Manage store inventory, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and promote a positive customer experience.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase profitability, and improve customer loyalty.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
