Realty Income recherche un Vice-Président des Investissements Immobiliers Internationaux, responsable de l'expansion du portefeuille immobilier européen en identifiant et en exécutant des opportunités à travers l'Union Européenne. Ce poste jouera un rôle clé dans la préparation des dossiers d'investissement à soumettre au Comité d'Investissement. Le candidat idéal utilisera ses relations existantes tout en développant de nouvelles connexions pour identifier des potentiels d'investissement. Ce rôle pratique implique des responsabilités en matière d'évaluation, de diligence raisonnable, de négociation et de recherche d'investissement pour diverses transactions immobilières. Ce poste est essentiel pour façonner et développer la plateforme européenne de Realty Income.
Les responsabilités incluent, sans s'y limiter :
- Identifier, analyser et poursuivre des opportunités d'investissement immobilier dans l'UE.
- Diriger les négociations des conditions des accords et la communication avec les parties prenantes.
- Coordonner et gérer les transactions tout au long de leur cycle de vie.
- Présenter les transactions proposées au Comité d'Investissement.
- Maintenir une connaissance pertinente du marché et des contacts pour soutenir l'identification et l'analyse des opportunités d'investissement.
- Modéliser les rendements potentiels pour les investissements envisagés.
- Élaborer des mémorandums d'investissement pour présentation au Comité d'Investissement et/ou au Conseil d'Administration.
- Générer, maintenir et fournir des rapports périodiques et des analyses sectorielles examinés par les cadres supérieurs.
- Aborder le rôle avec une attitude positive, une éthique de travail rigoureuse et un sens des responsabilités.
- Opérer en tant que membre d'équipe, en encourageant et en soutenant les autres membres pour garantir le succès collectif.

Ce que nous attendons de vous :
- Un minimum de 8 ans d'expérience en acquisition immobilière.
- Expérience dans l'évaluation des transactions immobilières, y compris les accords au niveau des entreprises, des portefeuilles et des actifs.
- Diplôme de premier cycle axé sur l'immobilier, les affaires, le commerce ou la finance.
- Excellentes compétences en prise de parole en public et attention particulière aux détails.
- Nécessite une combinaison de sens des affaires et de solides compétences analytiques.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, accompagnées de ténacité, de dynamisme et d'un désir de réussir.
- Mentalité de joueur d'équipe, axée sur la collaboration pour atteindre un objectif commun.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais indispensable, la maîtrise de l'allemand et/ou du français est un atout.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel, Word et PowerPoint.
