Vice President of Real Estate Investments

Position Overview: Realty Income is seeking a Vice President of Real Estate Investments to lead the expansion of our international real estate portfolio, specifically targeting opportunities within the European market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the development of investment proposals for review by the Investment Committee.
- Utilize existing networks and establish new connections to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Engage in comprehensive underwriting, due diligence, and negotiation processes for various property transactions.
- Conduct thorough analysis of real estate investment prospects across the EU.
- Prepare and present investment opportunities to the Investment Committee.
- Maintain up-to-date market intelligence and professional contacts to facilitate the identification and evaluation of investment options.
- Model anticipated returns for potential investments.
- Draft detailed investment memorandums for presentation to the Investment Committee and/or Board of Directors.
- Demonstrate experience in underwriting real estate transactions, including corporate/entity-level deals, portfolios, and asset-level transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Commerce, or Finance.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German and/or French is a significant advantage.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
