Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President to join our team at Gold Group Ltd. as a key member of our Real Estate Investment and Development department.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring Core+, Value Add, and development opportunities in Germany, with a focus on urban markets. This will involve working closely with our investment team to identify and evaluate potential deals, as well as developing and implementing a comprehensive investment strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and acquiring Core+, Value Add, and development opportunities in Germany
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive investment strategy
  • Working closely with the investment team to identify and evaluate potential deals
  • Managing a team of investment professionals to support the growth and deployment of capital across the German Industrial and Logistics market

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A highly credible background in real estate investment and development
  • Fluent German language skills
  • Experience of ground up development, refurbishment, and repositioning of distribution assets, both big box and smaller last mile units
  • Experience within a real estate private equity investment environment
  • Exceptional modeling and underwriting capabilities
  • A high level of analytical and problem-solving skills
