Job Title: Vice President

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to join our Asset Management team at PBR Real Estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing business and strategic operating plans for our Logistics portfolio, with a primary focus on Ireland and additional oversight of investments in the UK, Denmark, Spain, and Italy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and at least 8-10 years of relevant hands-on asset management experience, preferably in the logistics sector. They will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executing individual asset-level business plans, including monitoring performance against budgets, income, and cost control.
  • Preparing internal quarterly valuation reports and developing financial projection models in Excel.
  • Financially appraising and monitoring capital expenditure programs, with a focus on tenant retention, competitive positioning, marketing, and asset re-positioning.
  • Developing and establishing high-quality commercial relationships with tenants, joint venture partners, and external service providers.
  • Negotiating leases, rent reviews, and lease re-gears to enhance commercial value and landlord-tenant relations.
  • Ensuring effective communication and management of all stakeholders, including banking partners.
  • Selecting, instructing, and managing third-party service providers to achieve efficiency cost savings.
  • Presenting asset management performance reviews to investors and the team.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a small team and execute multiple projects simultaneously. They will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Native-level English language skills are required.

Requirements:
  • Strong academic background in real estate, engineering, architecture, business, economics, finance, or a similar subject.
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant hands-on asset management experience, preferably in the logistics sector.
  • Demonstrable hands-on direct experience in strategic asset management tasks, including leases, CAPEX, and refurbishments.
  • Track record of undertaking repositioning, redevelopment, and refurbishment of assets and portfolios.
  • Ambitious, energetic, and well-organized, with strong interpersonal skills.
