About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Asset Management to join our team at Marsden. As a key member of our in-house legal and compliance team, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice on legal and regulatory issues related to OTC and exchange-traded derivatives trading.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal and regulatory advice on derivatives trading, with a focus on equity, rates, and FX asset classes
  • Work closely with other legal teams across the globe and other legal and compliance groups to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Develop and implement solutions to complex legal and regulatory issues
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory developments in the digital/crypto asset landscape
