We are pleased to present a fantastic opportunity for a Housing Compliance Lead to join Advance Housing & Support Ltd. This position is vital within the Property Team, reporting directly to the Head of Property Services, and plays a significant role in shaping the overall housing and support services.

In this role, you will oversee Advance's landlord health and safety compliance and servicing operations, while managing a team dedicated to enhancing performance and improving the services provided to our clients.

Your responsibilities will include effective contractor management, fostering performance enhancements across the department, and providing collaborative leadership to the Property Compliance Team.

Advance is a leading specialist provider in housing and support for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. With properties spanning various regions, we strive to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.

Our housing portfolio is relatively modest, comprising approximately 2,300 tenants and leaseholders, yet we are committed to growth and ensuring our dedicated teams make a genuine difference.

As a successful Housing Compliance Lead, you will be expected to demonstrate the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in property compliance functions
  • Ability to lead a team of Compliance Officers
  • Expertise in driving performance through effective contract management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of property compliance legislation
