Housing Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our housing operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery and management of landlord services to our tenants and leaseholders. This includes estate and building compliance, property repair, maintenance, and improvements, leaseholder services, income collection, and tenancy management.
The Operational Housing Manager will work closely with the Housing Manager to develop and implement strategic and financial plans to exceed statutory requirements. They will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and controlling allocated resources to ensure the delivery of excellent housing services. This includes ensuring that all aspects of tenancy and estates, and property services are delivered to the highest standards in line with customer needs and expectations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing resources, delivering housing services, and an understanding of issues relating to housing, repairs, and modernization programs. They will also have an understanding of delivering excellent customer services and contributing effectively to the delivery of the Housing business plan and service area action plans.
