About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our UK design team, specializing in water infrastructure design. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering civil design content for water industry projects, working closely with a multi-disciplinary design team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake elements of water infrastructure design, including site visits, report writing, and producing drawings and design calculations.
  • Check the work of others and supervise less experienced or junior staff.
  • Obtain and analyze information, and report on findings.
  • Prepare and present engineering solutions to others, including drawings, reports, and calculations.
  • Develop designs in accordance with client requirements and relevant design standards to achieve fit-for-purpose and cost-effective solutions.
About You

We are looking for a strong technical background in water/wastewater infrastructure and non-infrastructure works, with a basic knowledge of engineering packages such as AutoCAD. You should have strong written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to produce reports in clear, concise English.
