Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Worker to join our Young People Support Team at Causeway Irish Housing Association. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing client-directed, person-centered support to young people in achieving their personal goals and aspirations for independent living, training, employment, and education.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing individualized support to young people to help them achieve their personal goals and aspirations
  • Assisting and collaborating with young people to create and implement a support plan tailored to their needs and aspirations
  • Providing information, inspiration, practical support, innovation, and encouragement to young people
  • Working alongside a team of Support Workers to provide comprehensive support to young people

To be successful in this role, you will have:
