About the Role:
The Area Manager will play a key role in driving the growth and performance of our fostering agencies across the UK. Working closely with the Regional Director, Registered Managers, and Finance team, you will set goals and targets for agency expansion, profitability, and excellence in care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and contribute to the company's 12-month and 3-year business plan, aligning with our vision, mission, and values.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director to set agency goals and targets, ensuring alignment with national and regional strategies.
- Work with Registered Managers to drive performance improvement and excellence in care, ensuring high-quality services for children and young people.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior, strategic management role within regulated children's services or a similar sector.
- Hold a full UK driving license and have access to a car.
- Evidence of continued professional development and a commitment to ongoing learning and growth.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000, dependent on experience, plus a car allowance.
- Up to 39 days annual leave, including bank holidays and the opportunity to purchase additional days.
