Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Contact Centre team in Hemel Hempstead. As a Customer Contact Centre Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experience to our customers through incoming and outgoing calls.
You will be working as part of a dynamic team to ensure that every call is answered quickly and professionally, and that our customers receive the best possible service. You will be selling and advising on our bowling experience to both current and potential customers, recognising their needs to generate additional sales and ensuring they receive the best offers.
