Warren James is seeking a passionate Shop Assistant Manager - an individual who enjoys showcasing and endorsing our exquisite jewellery while striving to enhance sales and elevate our brand presence.

The Role of Assistant Store Manager:
Collaborating with a small sales team on a daily basis
Fostering a welcoming environment and delivering exceptional one-on-one customer experiences
Identifying and maximizing sales opportunities to achieve and surpass sales objectives
Inspiring and nurturing a small sales team to realize their full potential
Adhering to and upholding company policies and procedures
Leading by example in all aspects of your work
Utilizing resources to plan, organize, and train staff
Acquiring an excellent understanding of our jewellery offerings

Essential Qualifications for the Assistant Store Manager:
Experience in retail management or hospitality
A genuine enthusiasm for jewellery and customer service
Exhibiting a polished and professional appearance

Crucial for reflecting our company’s public image
A passion for wearing Warren James jewellery is essential
Self-driven with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Confident communicator with effective organizational abilities
Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks
Jewellery expertise is not mandatory as training will be provided.

Full-time employment contract
28 days of annual leave, increasing to 33 days after five years (including 8 Bank Holidays)
