About the Role

The Assistant Team Manager will assist the Team Manager in leading a team to provide high-quality care and support for individuals with learning disabilities in a supported housing or registered care service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, mental health, autism, or profound and multiple disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Team Manager in leading the team to provide person-centered care and support
  • Manage shift rotas and ensure effective coordination of services
  • Collaborate with the Team Manager to promote LDN London's core values and drive standards of support and service delivery
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, including individuals, families, and community partners

Requirements:

  • Computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications
  • Working towards or holding a Social Care qualification or equivalent
  • Ability to work alternate weekends and shifts
