We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Senior Lead for the CYP Autism Intensive Support Service. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing expert support, advice, and clinical leadership to our Autism Service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and support to the Autism Service team, promoting good access to mainstream healthcare for individuals with autism.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce health inequalities and premature mortality among autistic individuals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Lancashire and South Cumbria to deliver specialist healthcare interventions for autistic individuals.
- Support the operational aspects of service delivery, including budget management, recruitment, staff management, and risk management.
- Extensive clinical knowledge and experience in the field of autism and learning disabilities.
- Proven management development through continuous professional development and/or formal management courses.
- Experience of partnership working across agencies and professional boundaries.
- Knowledge of current key NHS developments and policies related to autism and learning disabilities.
