About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Communications and Engagement Specialist to join our team at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our research activities and engage our staff, patients, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead on the delivery of communication and engagement strategies for research, including to our own staff.
  • Work closely with the Head of Research and Innovation Communications to develop and lead on dynamic, relevant, and engaging research campaigns and communications activity for staff, the public, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Build on successful awareness-raising activity, new engagement interventions will raise participation and staff engagement in research amongst our diverse colleague base.
  • Build measurement into everything you do, testing and adapting as you go.
