Vanda Research is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase inbound sales leads.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- Manage Social Media Presence: Lead the development and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms to engage with our target audience and build brand awareness.
- Craft and Refine Email Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to increase engagement and drive conversions.
- Analyse Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyse campaign performance to provide actionable insights and improve future marketing efforts.
- Integrate Marketing Campaigns with CRM System: Partner with sales to integrate marketing campaigns with our CRM system to optimize outreach and cleanup unresponsive or bounced recipients.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in marketing and social media, including new vendors and technologies.
- Collect and Present Competitive Intelligence: Collect competitive intelligence on adjacent providers and present periodically to senior management.
- Monthly Marketing Results: Provide monthly marketing results to senior management to inform business decisions.
- Demonstrable Experience: Proven experience in email marketing and social media management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) and social media management platforms (e.g. Hootsuite).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
