Bar and Set Up Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meetings and Events Bar & Set Up Team Leader to join our team at The Belfry Hotel & Resort. As a key member of our Meetings and Events department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events and meetings, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of setup and coordination staff.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and greet all company organisers, ensuring a warm welcome to the hotel.
- Deal with complaints/problems politely and make every effort to resolve these with minimal inconvenience to the customer.
- Ensure effective and efficient lines of communication are developed and maintained, including exercising appropriate shift hand-over procedures.
- Train and coach staff to maximise performance and consistently deliver 100% guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and motivate staff to encourage and obtain maximum commitment and efficient service.
- Carry out other duties as necessary.
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in a meeting and events role, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service. You will also have the following skills and qualities:
