We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to oversee the operations of our hotel's bars, ensuring exceptional service and a seamless guest experience. As the Events Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of bartenders and bar staff, maintaining high standards of service, and controlling costs to ensure profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple bars across various events.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of bartenders and bar staff.
- Maintain an environment that promotes employee morale and pride.
- Ensure high standards of service and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor stock levels, control costs, and ensure profitability.
- Work closely with the events team to provide a seamless guest experience.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager with a passion for leading teams and delivering exceptional service. You will be responsible for managing multiple bars, leading a team of up to 30 staff, and controlling costs to ensure profitability. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and working closely with the events team to provide a seamless guest experience.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in bar management, preferably in a hotel or events setting. You will have strong leadership and team-building skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities, and knowledge of stock control, bar operations, and budgeting. You will also be a proactive, problem-solving attitude with a keen eye for detail and an inspirational leader who develops your team and fosters excitement for our food and drinks offering.
