About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to oversee the operations of our hotel's bars during events, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences. As the Events Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 30 staff and driving revenue growth while maintaining high standards of service and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple bars across various events.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of bartenders and bar staff.
  • Maintain an environment that promotes employee morale and pride.
  • Ensure high standards of service and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor stock levels, control costs, and ensure profitability.
  • Work closely with the events team to provide a seamless guest experience.
About You

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager with a passion for leading teams and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in bar management, strong leadership and team-building skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities, and knowledge of stock control, bar operations, and budgeting.
