About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Events Bar Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel's multiple bar operations for events. As a key member of our Meeting & Events team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our bars run smoothly and efficiently while delivering outstanding service to all our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of several bars across various events.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of bartenders and bar staff.
  • Maintain an environment which promotes employee morale and pride.
  • Ensure high standards of service and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor stock levels, control costs, and ensure profitability.
  • Work closely with the events team to provide a seamless guest experience.
About You

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager with a passion for leading teams and delivering exceptional service. You will be a strong leader with excellent communication and customer service abilities, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude with a keen eye for detail.

You will have proven experience in bar management, preferably in a hotel or events setting, and a knowledge of stock control, bar operations, and budgeting. You will be an inspirational leader who develops your team and fosters excitement for our food and drinks offering.
