About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meetings and Events Bar & Set Up Team Leader to join our team at The Belfry Hotel & Resort. As a key member of our Meetings and Events department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events and meetings, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of setup and bar staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify BEO details with customers and ensure accurate information is passed to relevant departments
  • Monitor the setup team to ensure high-quality work and correct room settings
  • Meet and greet company organizers, providing a warm welcome to the hotel
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with colleagues and departments
  • Train and coach staff to maximize performance and deliver exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Supervise and motivate staff to achieve maximum commitment and efficient service
About You

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in a meeting and events role, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service. You will also have the following skills and qualities:
