About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Management Leader to join our team at American Express. As a key member of our Global Merchant & Network Services group, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our digital product offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and execute a product vision that aligns with the company's overall strategy and goals.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver network and enterprise priorities, working closely with business stakeholders and technology teams.
  • Agile Delivery: Utilize agile tools and techniques to drive successful delivery, including writing features, user stories, and leading team ceremonies.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the subject matter specialist for Multi-Rail Capabilities, providing expertise and guidance to the team.
  • Proposal Development: Build proposals for future product enhancements, creating business cases that outline pros and cons, weigh costs, and quantify efficiencies.
Requirements
  • Experience: Significant experience in Product Ownership/Product Management, with a proven track record of delivering complex product enhancements.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to engage, influence, negotiate, and inspire partners and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the financial services industry, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this space.
