About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Semiconductor Product Management team at Atlas Copco. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for managing the product portfolio and pricing strategies for our assigned product range.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive product plans and pricing strategies to protect and grow our market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize new product introduction (NPI) efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and counter competitor strategies to ensure our products remain competitive in the market.
  • Establish and maintain effective processes for product data management and ensure that company systems support business success.
  • Work closely with management teams in multiple countries to ensure customer requirements are met, particularly in product support and quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in physical or chemical sciences.
  • Membership of an appropriate professional institution.
  • Professional development in business management and marketing.
  • Demonstrated recurring successful experience in marketing roles such as Product Management and Marketing Management.
  • Experience of the products, applications, and markets relevant to Edwards semiconductor business is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work confidently and effectively with senior stakeholders and negotiate effective outcomes.
  • Able to influence, engage, and build strong working relationships with people across the business.
  • Familiarity with engineering organization practices, disciplines, systems, and software tools is an advantage.
  • Fluent spoken and written English is essential; skills in other languages used in major Edwards markets is an advantage.
  • Considerable international travel is required to fulfill this role.
