We are excited to announce an opening for a Supplier Quality Manager within our innovative team at WAE Technologies Limited. This pivotal role focuses on overseeing the Supplier Quality Assurance department and collaborating closely with the Procurement division to maintain an exceptional supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Supplier Quality Assurance department
  • Establish and execute supplier evaluation protocols
  • Handle incidents of non-conforming products and enforce corrective measures
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain
  • Assist in formulating policies and procedures to optimize the supply chain
  • Collaborate with procurement to devise enhancement strategies
  • Conduct evaluations of quality performance and facilitate learning sessions
Qualifications:
  • Engineering degree with a background in Supplier Quality roles
  • ISO9001 internal auditor certification
  • Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, IMDS methodologies
  • Excellent communication abilities and capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Proven experience in team building and leadership
