Job Title: Supplier Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supplier Quality Manager to join our team at WAE Technologies Limited. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for leading the Supplier Quality Assurance function and ensuring that our suppliers meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of supplier quality strategies and plans to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to develop and maintain a robust supply chain that delivers high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of suppliers to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure their quality and reliability meet our expectations.
  • Lead the investigation and resolution of quality-related issues and incidents, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reporting to track supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality is integrated into all aspects of our business.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a supplier quality role, preferably in the automotive or aerospace industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and APQP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve quality-related issues.
