Customer Service Administrator

Our client, a reputable organization in Irthlingborough, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head of Administration in managing day-to-day operations
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process booking administration, including sending joining instructions and posting certificates
  • Liaise with training providers and clients to ensure seamless communication
  • Provide re-scheduling and cancellation support, as well as updating details on the website
  • Perform data entry and daily administration tasks, including credit control
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service and administration, with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and develop strong relationships with colleagues
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills, with proficiency in IT systems and software
