About the role: The Community Engagement Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and leadership of our residential community. Key responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, managing medication safety, and supervising team members. This position requires you to be a role model, fostering a secure and joyful atmosphere for both residents and their families.
Salary: Competitive hourly rate
Shift Pattern: Flexible shifts including both full and part-time options
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage the community unit
- Ensure the timely execution of regular audits
- Evaluate and monitor residents' care plans
- Conduct planned supervision sessions for all team members
Training, Skills & Experience Required:
- At least two years of leadership and management experience in a similar setting
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a clinical team
