About the role:
As the Community Supervisor, you will lead and oversee the residential community within the care home. Your duties will encompass clinical audits, medication oversight, and team management. You will serve as a role model for your team, ensuring a safe and inviting atmosphere for residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage the unit.
  • Ensure timely completion of monthly evaluations.
  • Monitor and assess residents' care plans.
  • Conduct scheduled supervision for team members.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a clinical team.
