About the Role: Residential Care Team Lead

As a Residential Care Team Lead, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our care home community. You will lead and manage a team of dedicated individuals, ensuring that residents receive exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Ensure the timely completion of monthly audits, maintaining high standards of care and compliance.
  • Monitor and evaluate residents' care plans, ensuring they are tailored to individual needs and preferences.
  • Conduct regular supervision sessions with team members, providing feedback, support, and opportunities for professional development.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a shift leadership role within a care setting.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a clinical team, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
