About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Learning Solutions Developer to join our team at Blue Eskimo. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality digital learning solutions that meet the needs of our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, focusing on a variety of technical skills, to enhance the learning experience of our clients.
  2. Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and create effective learning solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  3. Utilize authoring tools, particularly Articulate Storyline, to design and develop innovative learning programs that exceed expectations.
  4. Provide first-line support and maintenance for the Learning Management System (LMS), including administering and uploading learning content to ensure seamless delivery.
  5. Develop Instructor-Led Training (ILT) materials using tools such as PowerPoint and Canva, to create comprehensive and engaging learning experiences.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure learning solutions remain relevant and effective.

Requirements

  1. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  2. A passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences that drive business results.
  3. Proficiency in using authoring tools, especially Articulate Storyline, to design and develop high-quality learning content.
  4. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management and organisation skills to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Desirable Qualifications

  1. L&D related qualifications or certifications that demonstrate expertise in learning design and development.

Experience

  1. Prior experience in designing or developing learning programs using Articulate Storyline is highly desirable.
  2. Experience using an LMS to administer and upload learning content is highly desirable.
  3. Familiarity with Project Management tools to manage multiple projects and deadlines is advantageous.
