About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Digital Learning Solutions Developer to join our team at Blue Eskimo. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality digital learning solutions that meet the needs of our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, focusing on a variety of technical skills, to enhance the learning experience of our clients.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and create effective learning solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Utilize authoring tools, particularly Articulate Storyline, to design and develop innovative learning programs that exceed expectations.
- Provide first-line support and maintenance for the Learning Management System (LMS), including administering and uploading learning content to ensure seamless delivery.
- Develop Instructor-Led Training (ILT) materials using tools such as PowerPoint and Canva, to create comprehensive and engaging learning experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure learning solutions remain relevant and effective.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences that drive results.
- Proficiency in using authoring tools, especially Articulate Storyline, to design and develop high-quality learning content.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management and organisation skills to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Desirable Qualifications
- L&D related qualifications or certifications that demonstrate expertise in learning and development.
Experience
- Prior experience in designing or developing learning programs using Articulate Storyline is highly desirable.
- Experience using an LMS to administer and upload learning content is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Project Management tools to manage multiple projects and deadlines is advantageous.
