  • Partner with subject matter experts to design, develop, and deliver engaging customer learning experiences and resources.
  • Consult with our Professional Services and Customer Success teams to identify new customer learning requirements and opportunities.
  • Raise awareness of our customer learning offer across our teams.
  • Grow our S-Academy library of digital learning courses and how-to videos.
  • Fulfill internal learning requests.
