Membership Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Membership Manager to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our membership base, as well as managing financial tasks and coordinating with our management accountants and auditors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase membership numbers and revenue
  • Manage financial tasks, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Coordinate with management accountants and auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Organize internal meetings and track team progress
  • Handle member inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Research potential new members and support events such as summits and conferences
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Experience in event management, including organizing small member events and supporting larger annual member events
  • Some understanding of online accountancy packages, especially Xero
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices
