Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee membership renewals and new member recruitment
* Maintain accurate records and databases
* Manage financial tasks and coordinate with management accountants and auditors
* Organize internal meetings and track team progress
* Handle member inquiries and provide excellent customer service
* Research potential new members and support events like summits and conferences

Requirements:

* Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
* Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent customer service

Desirable:

* Experience in a membership management role, ideally within a trade association or similar organization
* Experience in event management
* Experience in Learning and Development
* Familiarity with online accountancy packages and data protection regulations
