About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Card Factory family in Cardiff Queen Street. As a Team Leader, you will play a key part in driving the success of our stores, supporting your Store Manager in achieving commercial growth and developing a team culture that puts the customer at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving commercial growth and developing a team culture that prioritizes customer experience.
- Lead the store team in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring great standards and exceptional service are delivered every day.
- Review store performance data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement operational plans that meet business objectives.
About You
- You will be passionate about celebrating customers' life moments and have a customer-centric approach to service.
- You will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
- You will be commercially minded, with a strong understanding of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
