The HR Compliance and Policy Coordinator will work closely with the HR Policy and Compliance Manager to assist in a comprehensive Global Policy Review. This role will also involve auditing HR processes and procedures to identify compliance gaps and propose corrective measures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation, review, and revision of HR policies, processes, and procedures to ensure adherence to legal standards.
- Support the planning, content development, and execution of a Global Policy Review.
- Conduct regular audits of HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal guidelines.
- Identify potential risks and areas of non-compliance, developing action plans to address and mitigate these issues.
- Facilitate the global dissemination of the ERRICA (risk and compliance) framework and gather necessary data.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to communicate changes in policies and processes.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to HR compliance activities, audit results, and corrective actions taken.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of compliance audits, investigations, and related activities.
- Experience in a similar role within audit, compliance, or policy, demonstrating strong coordination and administrative skills.
- Ability to foster positive relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Excellent time management, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
