The HR Compliance and Policy Coordinator will work closely with the HR Policy and Compliance Manager to assist in a comprehensive Global Policy Review. This role will also involve auditing HR processes and procedures to identify compliance gaps and propose corrective measures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the creation, review, and revision of HR policies, processes, and procedures to ensure adherence to legal standards.
  • Support the planning, content development, and execution of a Global Policy Review.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal guidelines.
  • Identify potential risks and areas of non-compliance, developing action plans to address and mitigate these issues.
  • Facilitate the global dissemination of the ERRICA (risk and compliance) framework and gather necessary data.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to communicate changes in policies and processes.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to HR compliance activities, audit results, and corrective actions taken.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of compliance audits, investigations, and related activities.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar role within audit, compliance, or policy, demonstrating strong coordination and administrative skills.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Excellent time management, planning, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
