Google Ads Campaign Specialist

Position Overview
We are looking for a talented and driven Google Ads Account Manager to oversee and enhance our clients' advertising initiatives. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and refining Google Ads campaigns to optimize return on investment (ROI) and fulfill business goals. This position demands extensive knowledge of Google Ads, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the skill to formulate impactful advertising strategies.
Core Responsibilities
Campaign Oversight: Initiate, manage, and refine Google Ads campaigns across diverse platforms, including search, display, and shopping ads.
Strategic Planning: Work closely with clients to comprehend their business objectives and create customized advertising strategies to achieve those aims.
Performance Monitoring: Evaluate and interpret campaign performance metrics to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for enhancement. Employ data-driven approaches to fine-tune campaigns.
Budget Oversight: Effectively manage and distribute advertising budgets to ensure optimal ROI.
Ad Development and Testing: Craft engaging ad copy and visuals, and conduct A/B testing to ascertain the most effective messaging and formats.
Client Engagement: Maintain consistent communication with clients, offering updates on campaign performance, insights, and suggestions for enhancement.
Reporting: Generate comprehensive performance reports and present findings to clients, emphasizing key metrics and actionable insights.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and Google Ads.
Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally within an agency environment.
Certification: Google Ads certification is mandatory.
Analytical Expertise: Strong capability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on data.
Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and succinctly.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools. Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis is essential.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify challenges, devise solutions, and implement strategies to address issues.
Collaborative Spirit: Capacity to work effectively in a team setting and communicate efficiently with clients and colleagues.
