Position Overview

We are in search of a proficient and driven Google Ads Account Executive to enhance our digital marketing efforts. The successful candidate will oversee and refine our clients' Google Ads initiatives to optimize return on investment (ROI) and fulfill strategic business goals. This position demands an extensive knowledge of Google Ads, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the talent to formulate impactful advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Oversight: Initiate, supervise, and enhance Google Ads campaigns across diverse platforms, including search, display, and shopping advertisements.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to grasp their business aspirations and create customized advertising strategies to achieve those aims.
  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate and interpret campaign performance metrics to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for enhancement. Employ data-driven methodologies to refine campaigns.
  • Budget Oversight: Effectively manage and distribute advertising budgets to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Ad Development and Testing: Craft engaging ad copy and visuals, conducting A/B testing to ascertain the most effective messaging and formats.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain consistent communication with clients, offering updates on campaign performance, insights, and suggestions for enhancement.
  • Reporting: Compile comprehensive performance reports and present findings to clients, emphasizing key metrics and actionable insights.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and Google Ads.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Certification: Google Ads certification is mandatory.
  • Analytical Expertise: Strong capability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on data.
  • Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and succinctly.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools. Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis is essential.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to identify challenges, devise solutions, and implement strategies to address obstacles.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively in a team setting and communicate proficiently with clients and colleagues.
