Core Responsibilities
- Campaign Oversight: Initiate, supervise, and refine Google Ads campaigns across diverse platforms, including search, display, and shopping.
- Strategic Planning: Work closely with clients to grasp their business objectives and craft customized advertising strategies that align with those goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate and interpret campaign performance metrics to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for enhancement. Employ data-driven approaches to optimize campaigns effectively.
- Budget Oversight: Strategically manage and distribute advertising budgets to ensure optimal ROI.
- Ad Development and Testing: Create engaging ad content and visuals, conducting A/B tests to ascertain the most effective messaging and formats.
- Client Engagement: Maintain consistent communication with clients, offering updates on campaign performance, insights, and suggestions for enhancements.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive performance reports and present findings to clients, emphasizing key metrics and actionable insights.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and Google Ads.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally within an agency environment.
- Certification: Google Ads certification is mandatory.
- Analytical Expertise: Strong proficiency in data analysis, trend identification, and data-driven decision-making.
- Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in utilizing Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools. Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis is essential.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify challenges, devise solutions, and implement strategies to navigate obstacles.
- Collaborative Spirit: Capacity to work effectively in a team setting and communicate proficiently with clients and colleagues.
