Job Summary:

As a Counter Manager at Estée Lauder, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. You will have the opportunity to develop and execute business plans, create in-store events, and provide exceptional customer relationships management.

This is an exceptional opportunity for you to be a key player in the success of our brand. You will have total accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management.

As a Counter Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Create and execute in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Provide exceptional customer relationships management
  • Lead, coach, and develop your team to succeed

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
