About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at Estée Lauder. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized experience for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of products, including makeup, skincare, and fragrances, and will be expected to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a personalized experience for clients
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and products, and make recommendations to clients based on their needs and preferences
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting store environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of in-store events and promotions
