Estée Lauder - Beauty Advisor - Boots - 18 Hours

Job Summary:

As a Beauty Advisor with Estée Lauder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized shopping experience for our clients. You will work closely with our team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of visual merchandising in-store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on Estée Lauder products and services
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of visual merchandising
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Participate in in-store events and promotions to drive sales and engagement

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail or beauty industry role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Passion for beauty and skincare
