About the Role:

Are you passionate about beauty and skincare? Do you have a flair for creativity and excellent communication skills? We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Beauty Expert - Sales and Makeup Advisor to join our team at Estée Lauder in Bristol.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading brand in the beauty industry and progress your career in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Beauty Expert - Sales and Makeup Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and promoting our market-leading products across makeup, skincare, and fragrance.

You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of beauty experts, learning from their expertise and sharing your own knowledge to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will also be involved in in-store events, visual merchandising, and other initiatives to drive sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and needs
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Promote Estée Lauder products, sharing your knowledge and expertise
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and growth
  • Participate in in-store events, visual merchandising, and other initiatives to drive sales and growth

Requirements:

  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise in beauty and skincare
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work varying shifts and hours
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues
  • Knowledge of the beauty industry and Estée Lauder products
