Estée Lauder - Beauty Advisor - Boots - 15 Hours

Job Summary:

As a Beauty Advisor at Estée Lauder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized shopping experience for our clients. You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, selling our market-leading products across makeup, skincare, and fragrance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized product recommendations to customers based on their skin type, tone, and preferences.
  • Assist customers with product demonstrations, applications, and after-sales support.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and launches.
  • Contribute to the creation of an engaging and inspiring in-store experience for customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of makeup, skincare, and fragrance products.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
