We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Bupa Cardiff Clinic. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our reception and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers, providing a positive first impression and supporting their journey throughout the centre.
- Manage incoming customer queries, responding promptly and professionally to ensure excellent customer service.
- Ensure all customers have the necessary paperwork and documentation, including appointment packs, clinical files, and consent forms.
- Process payments, invoices, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including appointment schedules and payment information.
Requirements:
- Administration and customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages and other administrative software.
