Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead our structural engineering team and provide technical expertise on various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, with experience in specifying modifications to existing structures/equipment or new structure/equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior engineers, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Design and Engineering: Develop and review structural designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues, providing creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Team Development: Mentor and coach junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong background in design and project management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and experience with project management software.
  • Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent.
