Finance Business Partner

This is a newly created opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to work collaboratively with stakeholders and partners, delivering positive physical and economic development.

Our client is a large organisation in the property industry, with a strong national presence. They employ over 1,000 individuals and are known for their commitment to employee development and fostering a supportive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure accurate financial planning.
  • Working closely with the Accounting & Finance department to provide insightful financial data and analysis.
  • Providing financial support and guidance to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and external partners.
  • Driving continuous improvement in processes and systems within the Finance department to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participating in strategic planning and decision-making to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards to maintain a high level of governance.
  • Collaborating with other team members on finance-related projects to achieve business outcomes.
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements to provide timely and accurate financial information.
  • Supporting the preparation of in-year and year-end periodic financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cashflow statements.
