About the Role

The Director of Finance will be responsible for developing a suitable finance model for the business, in line with shareholder expectations. This will involve establishing a robust financial structure and processes to ensure sustained financial performance. The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day financial operations, support the business plan, and provide financial reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.

The role requires collaboration with the executive team and board members to ensure financial best practice and compliance. The finance team is well-established, covering the full financial lifecycle of the group.

Requirements

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent
  • Professional accounting qualification (CIMA/ACA/ACCA/CIPFA)
  • Experience in regeneration and financial models associated with regeneration projects
  • Previous experience in a Finance Director role
